IMPORTANT FIT NOTES: Fit on waist is to high end of size chart PLUS there is stretch. Size XL measures Waist 31 flat to 36 with stretch, Hips 43-48 with stretch. back of skirt 34" from top of waist. Grading is 2" per size so go up or down 2" for hips depending on size.
